RETURN GOODS POLICY: All returns of merchandise must obtain prior authorization. In cases of our error, full credit plus return freight charges will be credited. In case of customer error, a minimum 15% restocking charge will be applied.
The following items will NOT be accepted for credit:
- Discontinued/Obsolete Goods - Customized items - Goods not in original sealed package - Special ordered items - Goods without a Return Authorization (RA) - Merchandise more than 60 days old (from Parr Public Safety Equipment invoice date) - Goods not in saleable condition (acceptance inspection upon return)
To receive a Return Authorization (RA) call Parr Public Safety Equipment and speak with a customer service representative. Be prepared to provide the following information: - Our invoice number and date. - Product description, product number, and serial number (if applicable) - Reason you wish to return merchandise.
Your customer service representative will give you an RA number. A separate RA number will be provided for each invoice referenced. The RA number authorizes our receiving department to accept the merchandise and must be clearly marked on the outside of the return. - Enclose a copy of our original invoice and/or packing list - Send merchandise freight prepaid. Return Authorization (RA) numbers are valid for 30 days after date issued
